This is the 8th Annual New Year's Eve Party we have hosted and it continues
to be Seattle’s Largest New Year Eve Bash with over 3,000 attendees!
All parties revolve around great experiences and varied music.
This party offers 5 unique simultaneous experiences, 4 LIVE Stages, 3
dance floors, 2 VIP exclusive areas and a theater with live comedy performances.
This is the biggest New Year’s Eve Party in Seattle! It is THE place
to ring in 2010!
The Fabulous Venue
Step into Seattle’s most exciting building and participate in a
total sensory experience!
EMP is a one-of-a-kind museum combining interactive and interpretive exhibits.
Featuring a world-class collection of artifacts, unique architecture,
state-of-the-art technology, and exciting interactive presentations, EMP
encourages visitors to experience the power and joy of music in its many
forms. Visitors will take an unprecedented and technologically advanced
journey that will inspire them to explore and celebrate music as never
before. EMP's collection includes more than 80,000 artifacts spanning
over 140,000 sqft.. This is THE place to ring in 2010!

Parking
There are several parking lots in the surrounding area.
Attire
Think Festive and Fun! There is no official dress code. You'll find a
range of styles at the party. From dressed-to-the-nine's to the funky,
sexy & creative. This is YOUR night!
Coat Check
Staff will be on hand to check coats. Coat check is FREE.
Bars
All of the bars will be CASH ONLY to keep the bar line moving.
Please come prepared.
Age
This party is for guests 21 & over and ID is required to
enter.
PRE-PARTY
For those attending solo, there is a fun Pre-Party taking place
before the big bash! The location is convenient - right across
from the party. Come to this cocktail hour and enter the party
with 100 new friends! The Pre-Party is free but an rsvp is
necessary.

Fireworks
The Best Fireworks Show in Town is visible in the turnaround right outside
of the EMP. We're right underneath the Space Needle! We have gone outside
to watch the fireworks every year!
Each year, the Seattle Fire Department decides on the night of the event
(and sometimes minutes before the official start time of the fireworks)
if the weather is safe for the fireworks to happen (the wind) and also
if the area outside the EMP is safe for people to watch them. Every year
so far, they have approved it. But please keep in mind it is ultimately
at the Seattle Fire Department's approval. Your safety is their highest
priority.
Table Reservations
This is more of a dance / walk around party than a sit-down one. There
will be some seating available but not individual or reserved tables.
Will Call
If you purchase your tickets within seven (7) days of the party, we will
not be able to mail tickets to you due to limited time, so they will be
held at Will Call instead. When the doors open for the party at 8:00 PM,
there will be a Will Call line where you will check in. Please make sure
that you bring a picture ID and a credit card.
If you purchased multiple tickets, you will be
responsible for picking up all the tickets and distributing
them to your guest(s) yourself BEFORE entering the party. Because
of the number of anticipated guests, we will be unable to hold
individual tickets that you purchased for your guests at Will
Call.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds, sorry no
exceptions . If you are not able to attend, some guests have
reported success by selling their tickets online, on www.craigslist.org.
